Fast Food
To start with, food and drink are very important, because nobody can live without eating or drinking. Needless to say, these two things may be a great pleasure. Of course we have to eat neither too much nor too little. As a general rule, geographic location and family tradition play major part in forming dietary habits, food choices vary from person to person. The fact of the matter is that fast food is major part of many people diet’s. It’s clear, fast food is frequently high in fat salt and low in minerals and vitamins. To tell the truth, my family dislikes fast food. To the best of my knowledge, there are seven Macdonald’s restaurants in Lithuania. I really can’t stand all the Macdonald’s restaurants that we have now. Personally I believe, that they all look the same, the food tastes like plastic, and although a burger and fries contains loads of calories and you are hungry again five minutes late. I feel very strongly that I am fond of traditional food. In fact I am keen on my mom’s cooking best.
In general, if you want to stay healthy and slim it’s important to eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, to cut down on salty on salty snacks, chips, nuts, sweets, chocolates and to use less salt and sugar in cooking.
