Shows for young
Television offers not so many broadcasts for young people, because everybody now is mad about politics. However, the show Nomeda can be entitled as one of the most popular young people shows. It is a talk show. Subjects are relevant for young people, but the audience of this show is much broader – grandparents and teenagers also like to watch it. Another entertaining show that we can mention is NML. Young people like it because in this show good and famous music bands participate, they play and sing without a phonogram. Even bands from Latvia partake in this show. It is live show, so it becomes clear, that it is not stage-managed, the results are real, not fabricated.
These shows are shown at a quite fitting time: Nomeda is shown every working-day at 4:45 p.m.; pupils are already at home at this time, after their dinner, so they can watch this show unhampered. NML is shown every Thursday at 8:20 p.m. At this time pupils have already done their homework.
I don’t think that young people spend too much time watching TV. If you want to watch your favourite show, it is enough for two or one hour. Unless young people watch television much more at weekends. During these days, many good films and shows are shown.
